BREAKOUTS
As mission leaders, we long to see the people of God engage in the mission of God.
In addition to our Gatherings, we offer smaller, casual Breakouts that allow local mission leaders to build deep relationships and experience resourcing and renewal together. If you have time for a lunch meeting across town, you can have the opportunity to connect with like-minded mission leaders in your area to sharpen and encourage one another.
Relationships & networking.
Outpost is uniquely crafted for mission leaders from local churches. You have similar challenges, struggles, triumphs, and joys; some of which others struggle to understand. Outpost is a place to gather with those who speak a common language, share in your experiences, and provide a safe environment for learning and growth.
Ideas & tools.
Through the variety of learning experiences—small group dialogue, best-practice-sharing, presentations from field-experts, etc.—you will leave feeling even more equipped to help lead your church into mission than when you came. The Outpost will also recommend a variety of vetted-tools and organizations you can take back to your local church for use, should you choose.
Encouragement & renewal.
Being the pioneer responsible to lead your church into the mission of God can feel lonely and overwhelming at times. There are certainly days and seasons when the temptation to walk away is strong. Not only will Outpost equip you with relationships, networks and tools; you’ll also walk away feeling inspired and encouraged to keep forging ahead, knowing there are others who journey beside you.
